After this, grind curry leaves, mint, ginger, coconut, green chilli and gram dal in a mixer and make a paste.

Now add salt and a little water to it and mix it again. Take out this paste in a bowl.

Now again heat the oil in the pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida.

Now put the paste in it.
