Recipe Tips: You can easily make water chestnut flour barfi, this is the method


Required Ingredients:

- Two bowl of water chestnut flour

- Two teaspoon of cardamom powder

- Two bowl of dry fruits

- One bowl of sugar

- Ghee

- Water as required

You can make it in this way:

First of all, heat ghee in a pan on low flame and fry water chestnut flour in it till it turns light pink.

Now mix water and sugar in it and cook for ten minutes.

Now add cardamom powder and stir it.

After this, spread the halwa thinly on a plate smooth with ghee, and freeze it.

Cut it into desired pieces by adding dry fruits.
