  • Maida - 2½ cups
  • Grated carrots - two cups
  • Oil - two tablespoons
  • Onion - 2 cups
  • Chili sauce - four teaspoons
  • Cabbage - two cups
  • Capsicum - one cup
  • Garlic finely chopped - four teaspoons
  • Boiled noodles - 2 cups
  • Tomato ketchup - one tsp
  • Salt as per taste


Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger and garlic. Add onion to it and fry it too. Now add capsicum, carrot and cabbage in it. After this add boiled noodles to it and after five minutes add chili sauce, tomato ketchup and salt to taste. Your stuffing is ready. After this, a thin roti made of refined flour is rolled out and lightly roasted. Now fill the stuffing in this roti and make a roll. After that heat oil in a nonstick pan and deep fry the veg spring rolls in it. Your roll is ready.
