- 3 cups - Semolina
- 100 grams Mawa or Khoya
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 1 cup - Desi Ghee
- 50 grams - Dry fruits
- 1 tablespoon - Cardamom powder.
To make semolina laddus, first fry the mawa on low flame in light ghee until it turns pink. Then add semolina in the same ghee and fry on low flame till it becomes light brown and let it cool. After the semolina cools down, add mawa, sugar powder, cashew nuts, almonds and mix everything well. Now shape this mixture into round laddus with the help of hands. Your laddus are ready.
