  • Fresh curd - 500 grams
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Saffron threads - 6
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • Almonds and pistachios slivered


Keep the curd tied in a cotton cloth so that all the water drains out. After this the curd will set. Now put the prepared curd balls in the mixer and along with it add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder and beat it well.
