- 2 kg raw papaya
- 3 tbsp chopped dry fruits
- 1 pinch food color
- 10 tbsp milk powder
- 4 bowl sugar
- 4 tbsp desi ghee
You have to cut the papaya and grate it well and then heat a pan on medium heat. Add grated papaya to it and fry for a while. After this add sugar and mix it well and then cover the pan. After this add desi ghee, milk powder, dry fruits and turn off the gas after cooking. Now spread a little ghee on the plate and spread the mixture in the pan after it cools down slightly. After that leave it to set. Cut with the help of a knife and serve.
