  • 6 raw bananas
  • chaat masala
  • black pepper powder
  • 1 cup oil
  • salt as per taste


First of all peel the raw bananas. Pour cold water in a bowl and add salt to it. Now you have to put the peeled bananas in it for 15 minutes. Now cut the banana with the chipscutter. Spread these pieces on paper for 10 minutes and let the water dry. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the banana chips in it. Remove from oil and then add black pepper powder, rock salt and serve.
