  • Poha 4 bowls
  • Rai - ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 1 small finely chopped

  • Green chilies 2
  • onions chopped 1

Method:

To make Poha, first chop onion, tomato and green chilli finely. After that you have to wash the poha and keep it. Now you have to take some oil in the pan and after it gets hot, you have to add mustard seeds, after that you have to add onion and fry it. You have to cook by adding turmeric, tomato. After some time add poha and mix it. After this you turn off the gas. Now eat bhujia and lemon juice from above.
