  • Gram flour - 2 to 3 cups Grated
  • cheese - 2 to 3 cups
  • Celery - 1 tsp
  • chopped green chilli - 5
  • Chaat masala - 2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander
  • Oil
  • Salt as per taste


To make Paneer Cheela, take gram flour in a big bowl, add chopped chillies, green coriander, celery and chaat masala and mix well. Now prepare the gram flour solution by adding water to it. Heat a nonstick pan and spread some oil on it.

Now you have to pour the gram flour batter in the middle of the pan and spread it, after this spread the grated cheese all over the cheela and add chaat masala on top. Now fry it with the help of oil and then serve.
