Recipe Tips: You can also make Oatmeal Pulao in breakfast, you will be happy after eating it



1 cup oatmeal

3 tbsp ghee 4


10 black peppercorns

1 star anise

1 bay leaf

1 small cinnamon stick

1 tsp cumin

1 cup onion 

1 cauliflower

1 cup carrot

1 cup peas

1 cup capsicum chopped

1 tsp ginger garlic Paste

turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt 


Heat a spoonful of ghee in a pan and add oatmeal to it and fry till it turns golden brown. Now put two spoons of ghee in the pressure cooker and heat it and add bay leaves, cinnamon, capsicum, cloves and cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds. Now add onion to it and fry till it turns light brown.

After this add cauliflower and carrot and fry it for five minutes and then add ginger-garlic paste and put capsicum along with peas in the cooker. Cook them all. After this mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder and salt. After frying for a few minutes, add oatmeal and mix everything well. Now add hot water to it and add one spoon of ghee to it and close the lid of the cooker. Cook Daliya Pulao on medium flame till two whistles, then cool and serve.
