1 kg milk

4 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp cardamom powder


You have to heat milk in a pan to make milk cake. After this, the milk has to be boiled while stirring. Keep the boiling milk so much that it becomes half. When the milk is reduced to half, slow down the flame and add a little water to the lemon and put it in the milk. Then let the milk remain like this for 1/2 minute. After this, while stirring continuously, cook the milk till it thickens slightly. When the milk becomes thick and grainy, add sugar to it and cook while stirring. Your mixture is ready. After that grease, a plate with ghee, take out the milk cake mixture and cut it with a knife.
