  • Sabudana 3 cups
  • Peanuts 1 cup
  • paneer 100 grams
  • green chilies 4
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • ghee
  • rock salt


Soak the sabudana, grate the paneer in a bowl and put black pepper powder and a little rock salt. Roast the peanuts on low flame. After this, grind peanuts, green chilies coarsely in a mixer jar. Now take a big bowl and add soaked sago and peanut-chilli paste in it, mash it well and prepare the batter.

After this, you have to heat a nonstick griddle and spread some ghee on it. Take sago batter in a bowl and pour it in the center of the griddle and spread it. Bake the dosa for some time and then spread the paneer stuffing in the center and bake the dosa. Take it off after it is cooked.
