Recipe Tips: You can also make and eat Matar Paneer Paratha for breakfast



  • Flour - 2 cups
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Paneer - 1 cup Grated
  • peas - 1 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chili - 2 finely chopped
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste


You have to take out the flour in a utensil and knead the dough by adding refined flour, salt and 2 teaspoons of oil to it and keep it ready. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin powder, peas, green chillies and ginger to it.

Now add salt to it and fry the peas for 2 minutes. Now mash it and add paneer to it. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, green coriander on top and fry for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring continuously. After this, turn off the gas and make small balls of the dough, fill the stuffing in the paratha and roll it again. Heat the oil by pouring oil on the griddle and bake the paratha.
