Ingredients

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup green moong (soaked)
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 3 green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt 
  • Oil 

Method:

You have to boil moong and potatoes. Mix flour and salt in a vessel and add water and knead the dough. After this, prepare the stuffing by mixing moong, onion, potato, green chilli, asafoetida, garam masala and salt in a vessel. After this, break into balls and roll them. Fill it with one spoon of stuffing and pack it. Now roll the dough to the size of a paratha. Pour some oil on the pan, heat it, add the paratha, bake it and eat it with pleasure.
