  • Sugar- 1 bowl
  • Ghee- 1 cup
  • Oil- 

Method:

You have to add flour, coconut shavings and all other ingredients in a big bowl and mix them. After this you have to add desi ghee, sugar and mix well. After this you have to knead this dough. Now make a ball from the dough and roll it out to prepare Mathri. Make holes in it with the help of a fork. Now heat oil and add mathri and fry.
