- Half kg Mawa
- Half kg Sugar
- Half teaspoon ground small cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron
- 25 grams all-purpose flour
- 50 grams of edible arrowroot
Make it in this way:
First of all, grate the mawa and mix flour and arrowroot in it.
Now knead this mixture and make round balls out of it.
Now make a sugar syrup and add cardamom and saffron to it.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the balls till they turn red.
Now dip them in sugar syrup.
In this way, your delicious Gulab Jamuns are made.
