Required Ingredients:

  • 8 cups curd
  • 8 tsp cumin powder
  • 8 onions
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 8 carrots, grated
  • 12 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  • 8 tsp finely chopped mint leaves
  • 4 tsp black salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 20 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
  • 8 tsp finely chopped coriander
  • 16 green chillies, finely chopped
  • Salt as per taste

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, beat the curd well and add cumin powder, black salt, black pepper powder, salt, red chili powder to it.

Now mix vegetables one by one and add onion, carrot, cucumber and capsicum.

Finally add tomatoes, coriander and mint leaves and green chillies.

In this way your vegetable raita is prepared.
