  • Gajar 
  • Peas Half Cup
  • Beans 
  • Ginger Chilli Paste
  • Rava
  • Oil Mustard Urad Dal Asafoetida
  • Curry Leaves Salt

 Method:

First of all, heat oil in a pan. Add a little mustard, urad dal, asafoetida, curry leaves and chopped onions and fry. Later add rava to it and fry on medium flame. Now add finely chopped carrots, chopped beans and peas. After this add ginger chilli paste and add salt on top. Also add hot water and mix everything. Now let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes, your veg upma is ready.
