- 1 beet root
- 1/4 bottle gourd
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 small piece ginger
- 1 green chili
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- salt to taste
- some coriander leaves as needed
You can make it with this method:
First of all, heat oil in a cooker and fry it by adding garlic, ginger and chillies.
Now add onion, all the vegetables and salt.
After cooking for a minute, add 2-3 cups of water to it and apply 2-3 whistles.
Now put it in a pan and boil it by adding black pepper powder.
Now add green coriander and taste it.
