Recipe Tips: This porridge will reduce your weight, prepare it with this method



  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp honey 
  • 800 ml soy milk
  • 1 cup plain oats
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp green cardamom powder
  • dry fruits 

You can prepare it with this method: 

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the oats on low flame. 

Now add half cup of water in it.

After the water comes to a boil, add soy milk to it and mix.

Now add cardamom powder to it. 

Later add chia seeds, honey and dry fruits to it. 

Now add dry fruits and taste.
