1 tbsp butter

2 cups rice

salt and pepper

2 small onions

5 garlic cloves

3 tbsp tomato paste

4 tsp tomato sauce

1 tsp sugar

1 cup peas if you have them


Melt butter in a pan and add cooked rice to it. After this add salt and pepper. Along with this, you can also add paneer if you want. Now leave it to cool down. After this, you have to put oil in the frying pan and after it gets hot, add onion and chopped garlic, sauce. After this add tomato paste. After heating add peas. After this keep the rice mixture in hand and give it a round shape. Now deep-fry it. Your rice balls are ready.
