  • 3 big guavas
  • 6 green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger


To make the chutney, you have to cut the guava into small pieces and leave the mint leaves in a big water vessel to soak. Along with this, chop the ginger finely and now put everything in a mixer and grind it well. Now after blending, add some water to the chutney and grind it again. Your sweet and sour guava chutney is ready.
