Recipe Tips: Spicy Dhokla of Mordhan are very tasty, make it in this way

- Two bowls of curd
- Two hundred grams of water chestnut flour
- One teaspoon of soda
- Oil for frying
- Four hundred grams of Mordhan
- Two hundred grams of Rajgira flour
- Rock salt
You can make it in this way:
First of all, keep Mordhan melting for two hours.
Now after whipping the curd, mix Rajgira flour in it.
Grind Mordhan and mix all the things in it.
Now add soda and salt to it and cook it till one whistle in the cooker.
Now grind it after it cools down. Now collect it on a plate.
Now heat oil in a vessel and splutter cumin seeds in it.
Now put it on the dhokla.
Put coriander on top as well.
