Required Ingredients:

  • Rice - 2 bowls
  • Chana dal - less than 1 bowl
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Green coriander - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Garlic - 10 cloves
  • Green chilli - 5 pieces
  • Ghee - for baking

You can prepare it by this method:

First of all, mix rice and gram dal and soak it for six hours.

Now add garlic and green chillies to the rice and pulses and grind them finely.

Now prepare a paste by adding salt, cumin and coriander to it.

Now heat the pan and spread some ghee on it and spread the mixture all around in a circular manner.

Apply ghee and bake it from both the sides.

In this way your delicious Rajasthani papra is prepared.
