Recipe Tips: Make Veg Poha Balls with this method, definitely add these things


Required Ingredients:

- Three cups of Poha

- Three tablespoons each of red, yellow, green chillies finely chopped

- Three tablespoons of oil

- Green chillies chopped

- Salt as per taste

- Three small onions finely chopped 

- Three tablespoons of thick curd 

- One and a half spoon of mustard

- Curry leaves 

- Six small carrots grated 

- Six tablespoons grated raw coconut

Prepare it in this way:

Soak the poha in water and filter it through

a sieve - Now put it in a vessel, add capsicum, onion, green chilli, raw coconut, carrot, curd and salt and make balls out of sugar mixture.

Now steam all the balls in the steamer for 10-12 minutes.

Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard to it.

Also add curry leaves and green chillies to it.

Now add poha balls to it.

Now taste them with chutney.
