Recipe Tips: Make special sweet 'Kesar Pista Phirni' for the guests coming home



  • 1-liter milk
  • 8 tbsp pistachios (finely chopped)
  • 10 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp rice
  • saffron strands
  • cardamom powder


To make Kesar Pista Phirni, soak the rice in water. After that pour milk into a pan and keep it for boiling. As soon as the milk starts boiling, you have to add rice to it and cook it well while stirring. After the rice is cooked, you have to add pistachios, cardamom powder, and sugar and let it cook for a while. After this, take it out in a vessel and garnish it with saffron.
