  • Coriander powder - one teaspoon

  • asafoetida - a pinch of

  • fenugreek seeds - one teaspoon
  • Beans - two cups
  • Ladyfinger - seven
  • green chillies - One to two 
  • green coriander - for garnishing
  • Salt - as per taste 
  • Oil - as required

You can prepare it with this method:

First of all, heat oil in a pan and temper asafoetida, cumin, fenugreek seeds and green chillies in it.

After this, cook brinjal, bottle gourd, ladyfinger, carrot and beans in the pan for five minutes.

During this time, fry the gram flour lightly.

Now add cooked vegetables, turmeric, coriander powder and salt to this gram flour and cook for 15 minutes.

Now add tamarind pulp to it and cook for five minutes.

In this way your Sindhi Kadhi is prepared.
