Recipe Tips: Make Onion-Spinach Kadhi with this method, everyone will like the taste.
- Chopped Spinach - 1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion - 2
- Curd - 1/2 cup Gram
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Spinach Paste - 1/2 cup
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli Paste - 2 tsp
- asafoetida - 2 pinch
- dry red chilli - 2
- mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- cumin - 1 tsp
- fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 tbsp
- salt - as per taste
You can prepare it in this way:
First of all, beat the curd in a vessel and add gram flour, turmeric powder and a little salt to it.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry mustard, cumin and fenugreek seeds in it.
Now add onion, ginger-garlic paste and whole red chilli and cook it. - After some time, add spinach to it and cook for a minute.
Now add gram flour-curd mixture and water as required and cook for two minutes.
Now add salt and green chilli paste as per taste and cook for 15 minutes.
In this way your onion-spinach curry is ready.
