Required Ingredients:

- Half kilo Mawa

- 125 grams all purpose flour

- 25 grams grated paneer

- Half kilo sugar

- Ghee

- 50 grams chironji

- Eating soda

Make it like this:

First of all make sugar syrup.

Now put mawa in a utensil and mix cottage cheese, flour and soda in it and knead it well.

Now make small balls out of it.

Fill chironji in the center of each circle.

Now heat ghee and fry them.

Now put them in sugar syrup.

In this way your Gulab Jamun will be made.
