Required Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin - 2 kg
  • Desi Ghee - 8 tbsp
  • Cashew - 24
  • Cardamom - 12
  • Pistachios - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 500 g
  • Mawa - 500 g
  • Almonds - 24

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, heat ghee in a pan and cook grated pumpkin in it until it becomes soft.

Now add sugar to it and cook.

Now add the remaining ghee to it and fry while stirring well.

After this, add mawa and all the dry fruits and cook it till it thickens.

Finally, add cardamom powder to it and turn off the flame.

Now spread the mixture on a plate greased with ghee.

Once set, cut it into desired shapes.
