You can make Nankhatai by this method:
First of all, put ghee and sugar in a vessel and mix semolina, flour and gram flour in it.
Now add cardamom powder, baking powder and knead it with the help of water.
Now make Nankhatai and keep it on butter paper.
After this, apply pistachios and almonds on top and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for half an hour.
