- Carrots - one and a half kilos
- Ghee - three tablespoons
- Sugar - three tablespoons
- Raisins - thirty grams
- Cashew nuts - one cup
- Almonds - one cup
- Green cardamom - ten
- almonds, pistachios, cashews, rose petals - for garnish
You can prepare it in this way:
First of all, heat ghee in a pan and cook grated carrots in it.
Now add sugar to it and cook.
After this, add milk to it and cook on low flame for about 20 minutes.
Now cook ground cardamom, raisins, cashew nuts and almonds in it.
Finally, put the kheer in a vessel and garnish it with cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and rose petals.
Now you can taste this kheer.
