Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 packets Maggi (boiled)
  • 1 cup gram
  • flour Salt Garam
  • masala
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 3 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 4 tbsp onion 
  • 1/2 tsp red Chilli powder
  • 4 tsp Maggi masala

Method

First boil Maggi. Add finely chopped capsicum, onion, garam masala, salt and Maggi masala to it and mix well. After this, add ginger-garlic paste and gram flour in a big bowl and mix everything well. Now you have to mix gram flour with Maggi by adding some water. After this, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pakodas with Maggi mixture in the oil.
