  • 250 grams chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot finely chopped
  • 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup capsicum finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • oil 


Put water, salt and oil in a vessel and boil chow mein on medium flame After that, heat oil in a pan on medium flame and add garlic to it and fry it lightly. Now add onion, carrot and capsicum and cook and add soya sauce, green chili sauce and tomato ketchup to it. Add black pepper powder, sugar and salt and cook for 2 minutes. Now add chow mein to the spices, mix, cook for 2 minutes and serve.
