- 6 tindas medium size
- 4 onions grated
- 4 green chillies finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons garam masala powder

- 6 garlic cloves

- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
First of all you have to peel the tinda and make 2 cuts by crossing it in the middle. After this apply some salt to the tinda and leave it for 10 minutes. Now crush the garlic, green chilli, green coriander and ginger and grind the onion and green chilli. Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala to this masala and also add crushed ginger and garlic. Fill this spice in the center of the tinda. Now heat oil in a pan, add the filled tindas, cover the pan and reduce the flame. Stir occasionally and eat with roti after cooking.
