Recipe Tips: If you also want to try something new then you can make Dahi Paneer Kebab



  • 150 grams paneer (grated)
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 5 tbsp cashew nuts (chopped)
  • 10 tbsp bread crumbs
  • Salt as per taste
  • 4 green chillies (chopped)
  • half tsp sugar
  • Oil


First of all you have to leave some bread crumbs and oil. After this you have to mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl. Now make medium sized kebabs and wrap them in the remaining bread crumbs and heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs until they turn golden. Ready Dahi Kebab can be served with chutney and sauce.
