Recipe Tips: How to make Matar-maize chaat delicious
- 1 cup fresh corn
- 1 cup peas
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp black salt and dry mint powder

- needed amchoor
- as needed garam masala
- as needed dry fenugreek
You can make it with this method:
Boil most of the maize and peas for five minutes.
Now keep them immersed in cold water for 3 minutes.
Fry cumin and ginger in oil in a pan. Now add all the dry spices to it and mix it well.
Now mix all the ingredients well with maize and peas in it and cover it with any lid for 2 minutes.
In this way your delicious chaat is made.
