Make it this way:

First of all mix semolina, curd, and little salt in a big bowl and mix it well.

Now prepare its batter with water, cover it for twenty minutes, and keep it aside.

Now prepare the topping mixture by adding paneer, carrot, tomato, onion, coriander, chili and salt in another bowl.

Now heat the pan and apply oil on it and spread the batter.

Now put the topping mixture on it.

Now apply some oil around the omelette and cook it from both the sides.
