Recipe Tips: Everything is incomplete without Gulgula in sweets, know the recipe too
- Wheat flour - 1 to 2 cups
- Jaggery - 1 cup, if desired you can increase it as per sweetness
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
To make Gulgula, take a pan and add jaggery and water in it, mix well and keep it warm. After some time it will start boiling. Cook it until the jaggery mixes properly in the water. Now take flour in a vessel and add milk to it. Mix jaggery solution in it and add cardamom powder on top and prepare the solution. Heat ghee in a pan and add dumplings in it, take them out after they are fried and eat them with hot kheer and pakodas.
