Required Ingredients:

Arhar Dal - Four cups

Raw Mango - Two

Turmeric Powder - Two tsp

Chilli Powder - Two tsp

Cumin - Two tsp

Salt - As per taste

Ghee - Two tbsp

Make it this way:

First of all, peel off the raw mango and cut it into small pieces.

Now put water in the cooker and cook raw mango, turmeric, red chili, salt, and lentils till three whistles come.

After cooking the pulses, heat ghee in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin, whole red chilies etc. to it.

Now put it in pulses.

Now add green coriander to this pulse and taste it.
