Required Ingredients:

  • Milk - three liters
  • Sugar - three hundred grams
  • Pistachios - 15 pieces
  • Raisins - 90 grams
  • Makhana - 300 grams Cashew
  • nuts - one and a half bowl 
  • Almonds - one and a half bowl
  • Cardamom powder - 6 spoons
  • Saffron
  • Chironji - 6 spoons

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, boil the milk till it thickens and add all the things including cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, makhana, chironji to it.

When the milk vessel is half or three-fourth full, add sugar and cook it.

Now add cardamom powder and saffron to it.

In this way your delicious kheer is prepared.
