Recipe Tips: Enjoy Corn Cheese Balls with tea during the rainy season.



Mozzarella cheese- 1 cup

Sweet corn- 1 cup

Potatoes (boiled and mashed)- 2 potatoes

Arrowroot- 1 cup

Chaat masala- 1 tsp

Black pepper powder- 1 tsp

Salt- as per taste

Flour paste- 3 tbsp

Bread crumbs- 1 cup

oil – for frying


First of all, you have to put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Now take some portion of the mixture prepared for cheese and make a round shape. Now coating it with arrowroot and dipping it in flour paste and coating it with bread crumbs. Prepare all the balls like this and keep them in the freezer for half an hour. Now heat oil in a pan, add round cheese balls and fry it on low flame. Corn cheese balls are ready. Eat with sauce.
