Necessary Ingredients:

- One pav of sago

- Pav bowl of ground peanuts

- Five leaves of sweet neem

- Half spoon of black pepper powder

- Hundred grams of bottle gourd

- Half spoon of cumin

- Three finely chopped green chillies

- One spoon of sugar

- Green coriander

- Fruit mixture

- Rock salt as per taste

- Lemon

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, soak the sago in water for four hours.

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin, sweet neem and green chillies to it.

Now add bottle gourd to it and cook it after two minutes, add sago and peanuts.

Now mix salt, black pepper and sugar in it.

In this way your sago khichdi is prepared.

Now garnish it with green coriander, fruit mixture and lemon and taste it.
