Recipe Tips: Apart from being delicious, porridge is also beneficial for health, prepare it with this method.


Required Ingredients:

  • 1 cup porridge
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1.5 cups soaked gram dal
  • 4 tbsp desi ghee
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 3 cups water cumin
  • as required
  • Salt as per taste

Make porridge with this method:

First of all, heat desi ghee in the cooker and let cumin crackle in it.

Now fry the soaked chana dal and coriander powder in it for two minutes.

Now put oatmeal, water and salt in the cooker.

Now apply four whistles of the cooker.

Now put ghee on top of it and taste it.
