Ingredients for Mango Ice Cream:

2-3 ripe mangoes

2 cups low-fat cream

7 tbsp sugar (or more to taste)

Method to make Mango Ice Cream:

To make Mango Ice Cream, first wash the mangoes thoroughly with clean water. Then peel the mango and cut it into pieces. Keep aside some mango pieces for decoration put the remaining mango pulp in a blender and make a puree.

Now take out this puree in a big bowl.

- After this, put 2 cups of cold low-fat cream in the mixer jar and grind it in the mixer.

- Mix the cream in the mixer at low speed until it becomes thick. When it becomes thick, add sugar and a pinch of salt to it.

-For a smoother consistency, increase the mixer speed in the next step. Now add this cream mixture to the mango puree.

-Then, gently mix all these ingredients together.

-In the last step, pour this mixture into a container and decorate it with mango pieces on top. If you want, you can also mix the pieces with cream. Now, cover the container and refrigerate it for about 6 hours or more before serving.
