Ingredients to make Dry Chilli Paneer

- 500 grams Paneer

- 2 Red capsicum

- 50 grams of Green chili

- 2 Capsicum

- 250 grams Onion

- 4 teaspoon Ginger -

1 teaspoon Ginger powder

- 4 teaspoon Garlic paste

- 2 teaspoon Maize flour

- 2 teaspoon Vegetable sauce

- 2 spoon soya sauce

- 4 spoon tomato ketchup

- 2 spoons green chilli chutney

- 2 spoons green chilli paste

- 2 spoon butter

- 2 spoon vinegar

- 1 cup refined oil

- 2 spoon salt (to taste)

How to make Dry Chilli Paneer

To make Dry Chilli Paneer, first cut paneer, onion, and capsicum into small cubes. After this wash the chopped capsicum with water and keep it aside. Now peel the ginger and chop it finely in a small bowl. Then cut green chilies. Now put cottage cheese in a small bowl, add maize flour, salt, ginger powder, vinegar, and chili paste, and keep it for 15 minutes to marinate.

After this, heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add paneer pieces and fry till it becomes golden. Now add some more oil to the same pan and keep it on medium flame. When hot, add garlic paste, ginger, and chopped green chilies and fry. Then add chopped capsicum to it and fry for a minute. Now add onion to it. Fry it for a minute. After this add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, green chili sauce, and soya sauce. After this, add butter to it and cook for two to three minutes while stirring well. Finally, add fried paneer pieces to this mixture and mix well. Now garnish with green onions and serve hot.
