Ingredients: For the dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Water (as needed)

For the filling:

  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water while kneading to form a soft and smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Saute for a minute until fragrant.

  3. Add finely chopped onions and cook until they become translucent.

  4. Add the chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, bell peppers) and sauté for a few minutes until they become slightly tender. Make sure to retain some crunchiness.
