Material:

Carrots

Onion and Green Chillies

Capsicum

Oats

Salt

Ghee Curry

Leaves

Mustard Seeds

Method:

Add some ghee and mustard seeds in a pan. -Now add curry leaves, carrot, onion, green chili, capsicum and salt. Then, add oats. Fry lightly and when the vegetables look cooked, add water. Let everything cook well and add green coriander. Let it cook and when it is cooked, add chopped coriander leaves to it. If desired, add a spoonful of ghee on top and serve.
