Recipe- Start your day with Masala Chai, if you make it like this, the taste will increase!
Many of us Indians start our day with tea. We also welcome guests with tea. That's why today we have brought you the recipe for Masala Chai. They will never forget its great taste and will also appreciate you. It gets ready in just 10 minutes. Let's know about it.
- 2 cup milk
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup water
- 2 green cardamom
- 4 black pepper
- 1-inch ginger
- 2 cloves
- 2 small pieces of cinnamon
- 1 tsp fennel
- 2 tsp tea leaves
- Sugar as per taste
First of all, put ginger, fennel, and cardamom in a mortar and grind them coarsely.
After this, put water in the pan and heat it on low flame.
When the water comes to a boil, add cardamom, cloves, ginger, fennel, black pepper, cinnamon, and bay leaves and boil for 1-2 minutes.
Now add tea leaves and boil for 2 minutes.
When the color of the tea leaves starts coming into the water, you have to add milk and sugar and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Keep in mind that you can reduce the flame in between according to your own.
After a certain time, turn off the gas and filter the tea in a cup.
Your Masala Chai is ready. Serve it with biscuits or cookies.
