Necessary ingredients

Spinach - a bunch (chopped)

Garlic Ginger paste - 4 tsp

Oil - as required

Tomato - 2-3 (cut into pieces)

Desi ghee - 1 tbsp

Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Cumin powder - 1 tsp

Butter cubes - 3

Onions - 2 (cut into pieces)

Coriander leaves - as required (chopped)

Red chili powder - 2 tsp

Paneer - 100 grams (chopped)



First of all, take a pan, heat oil, and cook it by adding a little garlic-ginger paste, spinach, and salt.

Then take another pan, add ghee and heat it and fry the garlic-ginger paste.

- When the paste turns brown, you have to add tomato, coriander powder, and cumin inside it and cook it for a while.

Then melt the butter in a separate pan and fry the onions.

Now add tomato masala, spinach, red chili powder, salt, paneer, and green coriander.

Your Palak Bhurji is ready.

Take it out in a serving dish and garnish it with butter and serve it with roti, or parantha.
